With two children, sleep is something that I don’t get a lot of. On occasion when I do get a full nights sleep, my body often feels like I slept horribly. We need a new mattress, our pillows were getting old and it was time to make some changes.

My first impression of this pillow when I pulled it out of the box was how heavy it was, this is not a light and fluffy pillow. I wondered how my sleep would be.. would it feel like I was sleeping on a rock?
The Hydraluxe Cooling Gel Pillow comes with a premium super soft microfiber cover which is washable, hypo allergenic and perfectly acceptable to sleep on. Out of personal preference, I slept with a standard sized pillow case over my pillow and didn’t experience any loss of the gel cooling effect.

I’m a girl who has always loved BIG fluffy pillows, firm pillows or flat pillows were not my thing and my back would always hurt in the morning after using them. My first night was a little awkward getting used to the firm pillow, however my head sunk perfectly into the foam and I noticed during the night that I didn’t wake up near as much as I used to.. pure comfort and relaxation.
The cooling gel that is fused into the memory foam pillow really does cool things down. I sleep really warm, even during the winter, and I loved that the gel keeps me cool. I no longer have to wake up and turn my pillow to sleep on the cooler side.

The smell does go away I didn’t care for the smell either, but don’t even notice it now I bought mine the first of April 2013. I love mine.
I bought one of these pillows because of a bad bulging disk in my neck. I have honestly had the best night sleep since I bought this. Ilove it! I tried placing a regular pillow case on it but didn’t get the results from the cool as I wanted. Does anyone know where to buy the thin pillow case, I have washed mine but would love to have a extra one. Again I love my new comfort revolution cooling pillow.
Does anyone know how to clean the “smell” off the “Comfort Revolution Pillow”?
I had got the “Comfort Revolution Pillow” for my 12 yr. old son, about a month ago. I did notice it smelling like plastic at first. His sense of smell is impeded by severe allergies and minor asthma. In the last two weeks his room started to smell mildewy. Cleaned everything out and realized it was the pillow. It smells on the gel side. My husband wants to toss it out and I want to try to save it, too expensive just to throw away.
My son has to wash his hair everyday because of allergies, even though I strongly, STRONGLY, recommend him to dry his hair often times he does go to bed with a wet. I do feel like that may be a factor.
I’ve tried “Nature’s Miracle” (for dogs) since I had that already. Last night I put a layer of Baking Soda overnight. Vacuumed it off still has a hidden scent of mildew. Now in desperation I put “Dr. Scholl’s Odor Destroyers Deodorant Powder” If this doesn’t work I’m sooo close to use bleach but I have read not to use bleach.
Will the smell eventually go away? Please help!

I need a new pillow! The cooling gel is a brilliant idea!! I am also usually more into fluffy pillows but I have a lot of headaches so maybe how I sleep is part of the problem. :/
This is the perfect pillow I need. I have neck pain and headaches when I wake up so I think this is for me. Looks comfy!
