That looks simply delicious We are definitely huge fans of RoTel here and when you add in sausage and cheese — oh my god it makes THE BEST dip ever. I have never thought to make it into a breakfast sandwich though. that looks scrumptious!

We always have RO*TEL on hand- I love the idea of making this in a skillet. I don’t normally go for sausage, but a hearty breakfast sounds like a great option for Father’s Day breakfast!
