4 Fun Ways to Have Fun Inside This Summer with Mattel

This summer has been a hot one and we have been looking for some fun ways to play inside while still having fun. Luckily, Andrew is in love with Hot Wheels and Matchbox toys! This task was an easy one.

The Matchbox Cliff Hanger is the perfect toy for any boy’s imagination:

Play on the floor, or hang it from a table, adventures are ready to be had all around. Andrew and I love to play cops and robbers with each other while our cars chase up and down the ramps and through the garage.

When Andrea’s asleep, it’s time to pull out the Matchbox Boots Fire Truck! The big foots figurines are a little small for our baby girl, however Andrew has no problem finding fun with this big truck.

These fun little big boots guys always land on their feet when thrown. It’s fun to make them walk up the ladder and catapult the big boots guy into the fire to save the day! There is room for lots of these big boots guys on the truck so the party can go on and on.

Then, just when you think the fun is over, Hot Wheels Ballistiks will bring you hours and hours of fun! These cars roll up into a little ball, then place them into the Ballistiks launcher and pull the trigger.

We had so much fun launching the Ballistiks out of the launcher and watching them expand and roll across the floor. Andrew loves to launch the balls and Andrea chases after them. Each launcher only comes with 1 ball though, so until you buy more race cars each child will have to share.

For a hot summer day or even the upcoming rainy and snowy days that are right around the corner, every little boy can find their own adventure.
