I am definitely not a fan of bananas the fruit, however I do like banana bread/muffins. My grandma would make banana bread growing up 🙂 I made banana bread in my crock pot once, and it was pretty good (the batter goes into canning jars in the crock pot).

I’ve been substituting applesauce for the butter and Greek Yogurt for the sugar. It tastes pretty good, I also add a bit of semi-sweet chocolate and some coconut. I slice the bread, smear on some peanut butter (you would have to use something else because of the allergy), stack on some sliced bananas and drizzle it with some honey!
