Up to 2 cups of ingredients can be added into this recipe. I would love to try this with raisins and maybe even a dipped version in dipping chocolate!
Here are the ingredients that you will need to make these nut free granola bars:
- 4 Cups of Rolled Oats, or Old Fashioned Oats – Both are the same
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour

That is the base recipe. From here you can add in anything you would like! I chose to add in 1/2 Cup of SunButter and 1/2 Cup of Nut Free Chocolate Chips.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Mix together all ingredients until well combined. Make sure the butter is completely blended in.
Lightly grease a 9 X 13 pan and then press your mixture into the pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes and allow to completely cool before trying to serve.
Yummy! Made it with 1/2 cup WOW butter and 1/2 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chunks. Was a bit crumbly though, less like a bar. Any advice on how to make the ingredients stick together better ?
