Reebok Slimtone and Easytone Comparison
The Reebok Slimtone shoe offers a unique technology that empowers the same resistance you will find in the use of stability balls. Your workout is created by balance pods that are positioned on the bottom of each shoe under the heel and forefront. When you walk, a natural instability is created that forces your muscles to work harder thus encouraging better tone in your calves and butt.
What’s the difference between the Easytone Flash and the Reebok Slimtone?
The Easytone Slimtone from Reebok are the perfect shoes for every day walking, they combine both comfort and style in a light weight shoe with the balance pod technology.
The bottom of the shoe is made with two foam pods, one on the front of the shoe and one on the back. You will notice that the pads will vary from each style of the Easytone shoes.
The design of the Slimtone shoe is to make your feet look slimmer and offer a low profile.
See this fun video on how they work
The Easytone Flash shoe is also made for everyday walking just as the Slimtone shoe is, there is one main difference that I have found between them.
The bottom of the Easytone Flash shoe not only has a balance pod on the heel and forefront, there is a 3rd pad near the very front of the shoe, this is made to provide a better comfort and function.
Here are the two shoes side by side
After wearing the two shoes over the last week or so my personal preference has leaned more towards the Reebok Easytone Slimtone.
While I say that there is a preference, both shoes were very comfortable.
Wearing the Reebok Easytone shoes has provided much comfort to my feet while walking, almost making it feel like you are walking on a pillow.
The Easytone Flash shoe didn’t make me feel like I was getting as much of a work out, possibly due to the 3rd pod on the shoe. When I received them, really I thought my preference would be the other way around. However, I’m not saying the Easytone Flash is a bad shoe at all. My preference went to the Slimtone shoe as I felt it had a better fit, better comfort level and upon take my shoes off my legs felt more worked then they did when wearing the Easytone Flash.
As a mom who still has pregnancy weight to lose, New Year’s resolutions that are calling my name and a butt that obviously needs to be firmed, I’m excited to have included the Reebok Easytone Shoes into my daily routine to assist me in reaching my goals.

Thank you for the informative review. I do a lot of walking and will now look into buying the Reebok Easytone Slimtone to give my feet and legs the added support while walking. :-)
I like the look of these shoes! I need the ‘slimtone’ shoe… anything to make my extra wide feel look smaller! :)
Thanks for the review…I always wondered about toning shoes and if they truly made a difference in how your leg & rear muscles worked while wearing them. One of these days, I’ll get brave enough to try them out!
Great review can’t wait to enter :)
