Ooooh, my kids will love helping me make this…and then helping me eat it, too! I’ve never thought of adding crushed wafers on top of any cake. But maybe that’s because I always eat them right away. 😉

This looks yummy! And easy enough that if I were inclined to do so, even I could make it, successfully. I think that my husband would enjoy it, he loves pound cake and strawberry ice cream.
