One thing I really love about cloth diapers is how cute they can be!

The one-size pocket diaper I received from Charlie banana is from their Fashion Collection, inspired by England’s newest Prince and Princess- “The William” and its mate, “The Kate” is all about love! Designer Matthew Langille brought an artsy feel to the simple, colorful hearts on these adorable diapers.
One thing I noticed about the Charlie Banana diaper was how soft it is. When you make the switch to cloth, you want to snap on something squishy and soft to your little one’s tush. Charlie Banana produces high quality diapers with your baby’s comfort in mind.
Sometimes the fit of a one-size diaper with snaps can be awkward if your baby is sort of in-between sizes. I like that the snaps are fairly close together so that isn’t an issue with the Charlie Banana one-size pocket diaper.
Another little aspect worth mentioning is that the pocket for inserts can be found at the front of the diaper, rather than the back. I thought this was interesting as the packaging it came in suggests one could insert a disposable insert on top of the inner, but secured under the flap in the front making it more of a versatile, hybrid type diaper.

I have always used a cloth swim diaper. My first was an imse vimse, which I loved, but they are expensive. My second was an Iplay, which I am pleased with. I would love to try out another kind, just to see the difference. Plus, the Charlie Banana ones just look so cute!

No worries! I was clueless too! In public, yes, I bring a wetbag (special waterproof bag) and throw the diaper and sometimes the wipes, too in the bag. If Im in a public bathroom or something I throw the wipes in the trash there.

I love the Charlie Banana Cloth Diapers! So cute! I want to start using cloth diapers because its so much more cost effective and they are eco friendly. But isn’t it harder in public to change a diaper? what do you do with the poopy diaper? I’m used to throwing it away…Do you just keep it in a bag and bring it home and wash it? Im obviously clueless :/ Going through too many diapers and I need to make a change. Im sure its better for my little one’s bum as well to use cloth diapers…

I love the Charlie Swim Diapers – I purchased one after annoyance with a disposie that leaked all over me as I carried him to the pool. They have been a little illusive to find though- sure would like Robot Boy in Large :)
I have never tried Charlie Banana diapers, but I would love to. I have an almost 2yr old who is working on potty training, but a sibling baking and due in October, so I have at least another couple of years of diapers! :)

Hmm… can’t decide if I like Lovey Dovey or BlackBeary better! Would LOVE to win a swim diaper. Also, believe it or not, some public pools require cloth swim diapers because the disposables can leave parts that clog up their filters. Better check before you go!

Me either Bethany! When I saw Chantal’s review I went straight to the website to pick out my cloth swim diaper. Makes sense to use it! I bought a package of disposable swim diapers and paid $10 + for them, this was about a month ago and they are pretty much gone. For the same cost you can get a swim diaper, reuse it again and again AND use it for potty training! <--- So excited to get one for myself :)
