During the holidays, time is something I don’t have a lot of. Entertaining can take a lot of time and effort, specially the meals that need to be prepared.
I’ve dreamed of owning a double oven, for years and years this has been my dream.
When preparing a holiday meal, you have the turkey, ham, sides, and of course all of it has different cooking temperatures and times. Cooking the holiday meal alone can take all day long because of this! Our Thanksgiving dinner took most of the day to cook and by the time we sat down to eat, some of the food had gotten cold and I was tired beyond belief.

I can see some of your eyes rolling at me for cooking two dinners. My children have sensory issues and there are few foods that they will eat, making two meals is just what I do to keep my family happy.
