Wordless Wednesday | Is it Snow?

This is the first year I’ve ever experienced a Cottonwood tree snow storm..

Yesterday you couldn’t walk outside without inhaling these little bundles of allergy infested fuzzies.

  • Oh my gosh, those get me every year. I cant visit my sister in spring because they are so bad at her house

  • I had never seen any form of cotton besides the store bought until I moved down south. Now I see the farms of it and it scattered along the road. Fluffy white everywhere and it isn’t snow. I can get used to that!!

  • I will accept the snow compared to these. My son has asthma and I myself prone to sinus infections. YIKES. On the positive side take your badminton racquet and give them a good loft ! lol. Have a good week.

  • beautiful picture, but I’m so tired of snow

  • That’s crazy…but when cotton is wild it is crazy lol.

  • I miss the cottonwoods! The city next to us was called Cottonwood heights so obviously there were a LOT of these trees. So fun to see the cottonballs all over the ground!

  • I have all cottonless cottonwoods at our home. I have never seen the cotton that they produce. Fascinating!

  • I think this is not snow…Yeah it looks like one but I think snow flakes are really better than this…And it doesn’t look like its winter…
