WW Smoothie Mix Recipe – Berries, Vanilla & Protein!

I’m a big fan of the ww smoothie mix, chocolate and vanilla, and often make them for an afternoon treat or a quick breakfast on the run. They are really delicious, don’t have a nasty aftertaste and they give you 10 grams of protein for the powder alone. Add milk and you will have even more!

I work out about 7 times a week, incorporating strength training and cardio. On those days, it can be really difficult to get in the needed protein and carbs that I need to get through the day.

While whey protein is my choice of protein after a workout, the ww smoothie mix is a great addition to the rest of my day. But, I like to beef it up some more..

Any way to squeeze in extra ounces of protein is a bonus!

WW Smoothie Mix Recipe - Berries and Vanilla

I start with the Weight Watchers French Vanilla Smoothie Mix and use one pouch.

In a blender, add the powder, 1 single serving container of Yoplait Greek Yogurt Strawberry, 1 Cup of Skim Milk, 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries and 1/2 cup of frozen cherries. If you find that it is too thick for your liking, add a little more milk.

Blend it all together and enjoy 30 grams of protein! For those who are doing Weight Watchers, this comes out to about 7 PointsPlus. Great meal replacement for breakfast and very filling.
