Alleviate Daily Anxiety & Stress with 1Hour Break

1Hour Break

Our mission is to improve the lives of individuals by creating products that are relevant to the modern man and woman. Designed to match the modern lifestyle and using the highest quality and most responsibly produced herbal supplements, we can reconnect the modern human back with nature. Most importantly, we try to give back to our community when possible.

Reduce Stress

We all have stress in our lives.

I stress a lot of over my job that will be ending soon, my father who is about to have surgery, my husband stresses over layoffs that are happening at his work, and sometimes we both end up at the end of the day sitting in bed with our minds racing unable to sleep.

What kinds of stress do you have in your life?

1Hour Break is the first and only 100% natural Anti Anxiety/Relaxation spray to be made right here in the USA. The Kava herb is the main ingredient and works to help reduce anxiety, stress, pain and performance anxiety. What’s great about 1Hour Break is that it can do all of this without any side effects.

How does it work?

1Hour Break works to alleviate daily anxiety, tension, stress, and calms your mind at night. Take 10-15 sprays in your mouth and feel the relaxing effects almost instantly. 1Hour Break is 100% natural, three out of 5 ingredients are certified organic, gluten free and received Kosher certification in August 2011.

Here are some situations when you might want to take 1Hour Break:

– Stress at work or home
– Taking an exam and you are nervous
– Stuck in traffic with road rage on your mind
– Nervousness about flying
– Kids are driving you crazy!!!
– Going on a big date and you are nervous

So as you can see we all deal with these situations at one time or another.
1Hour Break can help get you through those moments and take the edge off of life.

The tendency of taking long hours of break is you are tempted to take a nap and then forget about everything or you wake up rushing back to your work. It will cause you headache specially when you are not fully satisfied with your rest and sleep.

Hi Mary Beth. A recent reviewer of 1Hour Break stated, “I have used 1 full bottle of 1hour so far, and even started on another. I am a full time nursing student (VERY stressful) and also have general anxiety on a regular basis. This product is helpful during rush-hour traffic, crowded stores, social gatherings, frustrating mathematical calculations, tests, and much more.”

Hi Christina. Yes, it’s not recommended for pregnant or nursing women.

Your husband can use it. It works well for daily anxiety, tension, and stress without affecting your mental sharpness and clarity. If he worries at night and has trouble sleeping then it can help calm down his overactive mind and get him deeper REM sleep.

Hi Melissa! One woman, Tillie, who has general anxiety described and reviewed the feeling of taking 1Hour Break as:

    “What’s it like?
There isn’t any difference in my perceptions. I am completely me and completely in control. However, it relives me from that edgy obsessive anxiety that gets in my way. I can be more ME without anxiety gnawing at my brain. I can feel at ease even when busy.”

I’d use it for the times I find it harder to cope. I tend to stress out a lot, especially over the last several months after my 26 year old son was diagnosed in late September with a rare form of leukemia. Thankfully, this kind is easily treated & he’s been in remission since before Christmas (but it’s always in the back of my mind of it returning, although they say it’s unlikely). I’d also give some to my hubby since he’s been dealing with anxiety & stress issues for the last 6 years. Sounds wonderful. Thanks for the opportunity to win!
