  • 1 Pre Made Pie Crust (Or Homemade)
  • 4 cups canned peaches drained
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Crumble Topping

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter cubed
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pre-made crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, toss the peach slices with granulated sugar and nutmeg. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and heavy cream, then pour over the peaches and mix gently. Transfer the peach mixture into the prepared crust.
  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the peaches, covering the entire surface.
  • Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
  • Allow the pie to cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
